Then, Nick Grillo of Michigan Brand Meats announces the opening of their online store and talks about a new recipe in the works for their jerky.
Hour two kicks off with Brad Smyth of Detroit Outdoor Adventures fishing charters (iFishDetroit.com). Brad talks about the tremendous fishery on Lake St. Clair.
Next Nick Green, mucc‘s new Public Information Officer joins me. Nick describes his background of hunting and fishing in Northern Michigan, as well as his plans to update the Michigan Out-of-Doors Magazine.
The hour wraps up with Bryan Darland from Jays Sporting Goods. Bryan was at the big ICAST show in Florida and he talks about the new fishing gear unveiled there.
Hour three features Jerry Wydner of the Hunter Safety System company. HSS was the first company to come out with an easy to use, full body safety harness. Over the years their products have continued to improve and evolve. This year, they now offer scent control in some of their harnesses.
We wrap it up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. This time Dave has an interesting sheephead recipe.
