Michigan’s Meteorologist Mark Torregrossa of MLive joins me next. Mark says this bitter cold weather pattern is likely to continue through the winter.
Angler Qwest‘s Brad Dupuie is up next. Brad talks about his company’s presence at boat shows this season and also expansion of the Angler Qwest plant.
In hour three one of my favorite guests joins me. Veteran outdoorsman and outdoor writer Tom Lounsbury talks about his fall hunting season and looks ahead to wintertime rabbit hunting.

Those will likely include decreasing the size limit and increasing the daily creel limit for walleye. Those regulations would go into affect for 2016.
Scott Sczafranski of the Linwood Beach Marina on Saginaw Bay is up next with an ice and fish in report, as well as reaction to those proposed walleye regulations.

First, John (JB) Brown joins me to talk about hunting Upper Peninsula Michigan wolves. John has hunted those animals in the Western Yoop for the last couple of years on cattle depredation permits and has some good advice for hunters headed up for Michigan’s first wolf hunt. Here’s a picture of the most recent wolf John killed.
Then Tim Hart of the Q1Buckpole joins me to talk about that online big buck contest.
The second hour features Jeana Canel of Jays Sporting Goods. Jeana is the manager of the gun department in their Clare Store and she has some great advice on guns for deer season.
Brad Dupuie joins me next to announce a new partnership between Outdoor Magazine Radio and Michigan’s apex Boat Company. Apex makes the new Angler Qwest big water fishing pontoon boat. You’ll be hearing lots about that boat over the next several months.
Speaking of fishing, the third hour features walleye angler Lance Valentine of Walleye 101. Lance is on Lake Erie this weekend chasing late season trophies and he has great advice on targeting big walleye.
