We kick off the month with Bob Hinds of Central Coast Angling in Northern Michigan. Bob is still fishing open water and talks about how he targets jumbo perch, trout, salmon and burbot in the winter months.

Then, Tom Campbell of Woods-n-Waternews joins me to talk the digital version of that magazine.

Hour two features Darryl Godin of White River Ontario Canada. Darryl runs wolf hunting trips there, with many of his hunters driving up from Michigan. We talk about the logistics of wolf hunting and why it’s important to control the population.

Sgt. Richard Cardenas of the Michigan DNR is up next. The conservation officer has tips on staying safe and legal while snowmobiling this winter.

The Ask Avery segment wraps up the hour. This time, I bring in Nick Grillo of Michigan Brand Meats to talk about smoking fish and wild game.

We’re talking fishing in Hour 3 with Jake Romanack of Fishing 411 TV. Jake has details of their 200th episode and explains why the Romanack family has been so successful in the fishing industry for more than three decades.

We wrap it all up with Chef Dave Minar. This time he has a very nice walleye recipe.
