Not to leave anyone out, but I`ve worked closely with Amy Trotter, Steve Windom, Justin Tomei, Tyler Mehigh, Logan Schultz, Shannon Stover and Jenae Birchmeier. It`s amazing what they were able to accomplish with such a small number of people. Their efforts will be missed.

Michigan is at a crossroads for the future of deer hunting. I don`t agree with the OBR folks (One Buck Rule) but I have respect for them because they`re passionate, well organized and dedicated. I just wish the Natural Resources Commission would also do something for the average "weekend warrior" deer hunter. Michigan NRC, you still have time...bring back legal baiting to the lower peninsula. If you want to increase the antlerless harvest and improve hunter satisfaction, baiting can be a valuable tool. #deermanagement #michigannrc
