People have been asking when I`m going to retire. We`ll I`m not ready to call it quits just yet.

Mid day, no wind, third week in July...pretty good skinny water Saginaw Bay action on the @anglerquestpontoons. We were running #7 flicker minnows 25-60 feet behind @offshoretackle boards in 11-14 feet of water.

In today`s technologically advanced world we get used to clicking screens and pushing buttons for immediate results. Mother Nature could care less. I like that.

Interesting things are in the works for Michigan hunters and anglers.

I keep my @anglerquestpontoons in a slip. That`s great for quick access to the water but every year about this time I have to have it lifted and power washed. It always feels good to get those tubes cleaned off...improves the speed and performance too.
