This week on Jay’s Outdoor Magazine I head south to the Indiana port of Gary. That city is better known for it’s steel mills than fishing, but there’s plenty of early season action to be found there.
I’ll be fishing for steelhead and browns with Mike Orr of Five Orrs Charters.
Then Pro Staffer Mark Romanack combines a family vacation with a Lake Erie fishing trip. First, they hit the Cedar Point amusement park, then a day of walleye fishing with Mick and Dan Rockafellow of Erie Eyes Sportfishing.
The guys use planer boards, trolling spoons and jet divers for a limit of fish.
