Veteran angler Jim Felgenauer of StClairSturgeon.org  is my first guest this week.  Jim talks about sturgeon fishing on the St. Clair River.  He saws the fishing is better than ever and more anglers are discovering the unique fishery.

Then Tom Campbell of Woods-n-Waternews joins me.  Tom has more details on the upcoming Outdoor Weekend in September.  He also previews their August edition.

We’re talking archery in hour 2 with Mike Mullett of Jays Sporting Goods.  Mike is the manager of the archery department in their Clare Store and a lifelong bow hunter.  He says this is the time to start getting ready for the season.

Monique Ferris from the Michigan dnr is up next.  Monique has news on the Hunter Access Program that pays landowners to allow hunters on their property.

Walleye fishing is the topic in the final hour this week as Lance Valentine from Walleye 101 joins me.  Lance talks about trolling speed, lures that make noise and setting all lines at the same depth.

We wrap it all up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar.  This week he has a very nice walleye recipe.
