Some great fishing and hunting action this week on Outdoor Magazine television…
First we head for one of Michigan’s most famous salmon rivers….the Big Manistee. There, we fish for pre spawn king salmon with Jason Phillips.
Plenty of big fish fighting action in this segment.
Then, noted black bear expert and friend of the Outdoor Magazine show Richard Smith takes us hunting in Saskatchewan. We’ll watch as he passes several smaller animals before taking a book bear with his muzzleloader.
We wrap up the show with Pro Staffer Gus Congemi chasing turkeys with his bow in upper New York State. Gus is an expert bowhunter and he captures an exciting hunt on videotape.

Monday afternoon 9/7, my 5 yr. old son Andrew & I were watching you salmon fishing when he asked, “Dad, why don’t they ever show kids fishing, just men. It’s like they don’t know that kids can fish.” Do you ever taks kids fishing?
