The show kicks off with a conversation with my friend Tim Roller of Ultimate Outfitters Guide Service. Tim is the guy who’s client caught the new world record brown trout on Michigan’s Manistee River last fall, but this time we’re talking about casting crankbaits to river chinook salmon.

Next, Ted Harpham of Darton Archery joins me. Of course we talk about the line up of 2010 darton compounds and crossbows. Ted also gives me the details on “Darton Day’s” coming up at Jay’s Sporting Goods next weekend.

Tony Hansen of MUCC helps me wrap up the hour. Tony tells me about his reporting on the oil spill in Michigan’s Kalamazoo River.

The third hour of this weeks show features Derrick Poet of Jay’s Sporting Goods. Derrick is an expert archer and bowhunter with many years of experience behind the archery counter at Jay’s. We talk about what’s hot in gear for the upcoming season.

The show wraps up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. This time the Chef has another tasty recipe.

Another busy show, I hope you enjoy it.
