The hour wraps up with Randy Jorgenson of Woods-n-Waternews. Randy talks about his turkey hunting adventures with this spring with his son. He also mentions plans are wrapping up for the big Outdoor Weekend coming up later this summer.
In the second hour Shane Bolan of the Bowfishing Association of Michigan joins me. Shane describes the sport and talks about the reasons it’s popularity is growing. He also discusses the equipment needed and give some suggestions on where to enjoy the sport.
Tony Hansen of MUCC is up next. Tony talks about the problem with wild hogs in Michigan and plans to address the concerns.
The final hour features Terry Webber Michigan Stinger Spoons. Terry tells me how the company got started three decades ago and how their products have evolved since then. He also tells me why spoons can be the most productive baits in your toolbox.
The show wraps up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. This week Dave has another tasty walleye recipe.
