There’s a wide range of topics this week on the Outdoor Magazine Radio show.
First, we draw the winner of the Ameristep Carnivore blind. Congratulations to Melissa Rodeffer of New York State. You can enter next month’s contest here.
Next, walleye fishing pro Tommy Skarlis joins me. The veteran angler has some great advice on springtime walleye fishing and how to target the big, pre spawn female ‘eyes.
The second hour kicks off with expert long range shooter Paul Phillips. Paul was a marine sniper who now shoots for the US team and holds several world records. He has great advice on how to be a better long range shooter.
Then Tony Hansen of the Michigan United Conservation Clubs joins me. Tony addresses some questions aimed at MUCC and talks about plans for their 75th anniversary celebration.
Our final hour features Jimmy Gretzinger of Michigan Out of Doors Television. Jimmy talks about the long history of that show and the status of outdoor television today.
We wrap it up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. This week Dave has a very nice goose recipe.
Another busy show….I hope you like it.
Mike, I have National Records Not World Records. Im not even sure if there is anyone keeping those records. At lease not that I know of. Not a big deal, just wanted to make sure things are accurate.
Thanks,
Paul
Fair enough Paul, I stand corrected. Still, you are a world class shooter and the information you share is extremely valuable. Thanks.
