Another fast paced show coming up this week on Outdoor Magazine Radio.

First, I talk with Sgt. Tom Wanless of the Michigan DNR about his Michigan Outdoor Recreational Safety Weekend. That program is designed so kids can get their hunter safety certificate, boating safety, ORV safety and snowmobile safety certificates in one fell swoop.

Then Tom Campbell of Woods-n-Waternews joins me to tell the story of his successful Michigan turkey season.

Hour two features Adam Bump of the Michigan DNR with details on the Michigan wolf season scheduled for November of this year. He also talks about the Michigan bear population.

MUCC’s Executive Director Erin McDonough wraps up the hour with some insight into what to expect next from the anti hunting group, Humane Society of the United States.

Boating safety is the topic during hour number three as I talk with retired coastguardsman Joe Marion. Joe has great, common sense advice on how to stay safe on the water.

The show wraps up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. Once again, Dave treats us to a very nice wild game recipe.

Another fast paced and informational show. I hope you like it.
