Hour two features Paul Cianciolo of Predator Hunter Outdoors. Paul has some innovative, high intensity LED lights for predator hunting after dark.
Then Katie McGlashen of the Michigan dnr joins me to talks about the Waterloo Recreation area and the Eddy Discovery Center (Michigan.gov/EddyCenter).
Ice fishing on Lake St. Clair is the subject in our final hour as I talk with veteran outdoorsman Jim Felgenauer. Jim describes spearing for perch and the action on LSC in general.
We wrap it all up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. Dave doesn’t have a recipe this week, instead we talk about the preparation involved in cooking a wild game dinner for several hundred people.
