Another interesting show this weekend on Outdoor Magazine radio. For the better part of the first hour I get a chance to express my thoughts and opinions on a wide range of outdoor topics. The first segment was planned, it continued through the second segment because of a scheduling mistake.
We called in Tom Campbell of the Woods-n-Waternews to help me finish the hour out. Tom talks about how that publication got started and what to expect from the next edition.
In the second hour Eric Sherwood of Whitetail Select joins me to talk about food plots. Planting season is just around the corner and Eric has some expert advice on how to get started.
Next, Tony Hansen of the Michigan United Conservation Clubs is my guest as we talk about the latest outdoor news and issues.
Derrick Poet is my guest in the third hour. Derrick is a third generation family member at Jay’s Sporting Goods. He’s also an expert turkey hunter and hard core bowhunter. Derrick has some great advice on bowhunting turkeys.
The show wraps up chatting with wild game Chef Dixie Dave Minar.
Another busy show filled with lots of great news and information. I hope you enjoy it.
