Then Jim Baldwin of Insta Launch Campground and Marina in Manistee, Michigan joins me. Jim explains how his facilities are a great destination for West Michigan anglers and their families.
The second hour features Captain Doug Deming of the Fish Point Lodge on Saginaw Bay. Doug is getting ready for the perch and walleye fishing seasons at the lodge. He looks ahead the bowfishing season.
“Sturgeon General” Brenda Archambo kicks off the final hour of this week’s show. Brenda is with the Black Lake Chapter of Sturgeon for Tomorrow and has been instrumental in protection and promotion of the giant fish. She tells us how we can get directly involved in those efforts this spring.
The show wraps up with wild game chef Dixie Dave Minar. This time Dave has a very nice turkey recipe.
