We kick off the show this week talking once again with Adam Bump of the Michigan dnr.  This time Adam talks about an incident where a wolf researcher was bitten by an animal and had to kill the wolf.

Then, outgoing MUCC Director Erin McDonough checks in one last time to talk about the accomplishments of that organization during her tenure.

Next, DNR Sgt. Tom Wanless talks about his MORS weekend.  That’s an innovative program where young people can get all of their outdoor related safety certificates in just a couple of weekends.

Hour number two features Ted Harpham of Michigan’s Darton Archery.  Ted talks about their new products for this year and says they’ll give away a Darton DS700 when the Outdoor Magazine Facebook page reaches 30,000 likes.

Bill Hahn of Jays Sporting Goods wraps up the hour talking about trail cameras and what to look for when buying a unit.

The final hour features Captain Doug Deming of the Fish Point Lodge on Saginaw Bay.  Doug says the walleye fishing this summer has been very good and he’s looking forward to the fall waterfowl season.

Wild game chef Dixie Dave Minar wraps it all up once again with another great recipe.
