We kick off this week’s show talking with Dale Hendershot of the Michigan Trappers and Predator Caller’s Association (mtpca.com).  I think trappers are the most knowledgeable group of outdoorsmen today, but their way of life has been under some criticism from the antis.  Dale talks about the logistics of trapping, preparation of hides and the price of fur this winter.

Hour number two kicks off with Doug Deming of the Fish Point Lodge on Saginaw Bay.  Doug talks about ice fishing for walleye on the east side of the Bay.

Then Jeff Godi of The Michigan Experience  charters has advice on fishing the west side of the Bay.  Jeff is based out of the Linwood Beach Marina.

Mike Horswill of Jays  Sporting Goods wraps up the hour talking about the hottest ice fishing gear this season.

The ice fishing theme continues into hour number three as I talk with veteran outdoor writer and avid ice angler Steve Griffin.  Steve has great advice for targeting crappies and bluegills on inland lakes.

We wrap it all up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar.  This week Dave has a very nice rabbit recipe.

Another show filled with great guests and information.  I hope you like it.
