Hour two kicks off with Ron St. Louis of Northern Wilderness Bear Outfitters. Ron is a bear hunting guide in White River Ontario and describes what it’s like to hunt bears north of the border.
Christine Becher from the DNR is up next. She has an update on the status of peregrine falcons in our state.
The third hour features Bruce DeShano of Off Shore Tackle. Bruce describes how the fishing industry has changed since he started Off Shore 35 years ago.
We wrap it all up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. There’s no recipe this week as Dave and I discuss his upcoming hip surgery.
