It’s a busy show this week with lots of interesting guests.

First, Mike Hoadley of Hunters Niche traditional archery joins me. we talk about recurves and longbows….and why shooting those bows is so appealing to many hunters.

Then “Sturgeon General” Brenda Archambo joins me to talk about their Sturgeon Shivaree coming up next weekend. Brenda’s group, Sturgeon for Tomorrow, has been fighting to protect and protect the giant fish for more than two decades.

Next, Autumn Christensen tell of her role with MUCC and AmeriCorps.

The hour wraps up with Craig Lang of the Garber Chevrolet Group.  Craig describes our new Garber/Outdoor Magazine partnership and talks about the 2019 Silverado.

The final hour kicks off with Michigan DNR wildlife biologist Al Stewart. Al says time is running out to apply for the limited quota early season turkey hunts. He also talks about the appeal of springtime turkey hunting in Michigan.

Chad Wasco from the Linwood Beach Marina is up next. Chad talks about ice conditions on Saginaw Bay and describes how they’re posting drone pictures online to help anglers monitor those conditions.

We wrap it all up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. This time Dave has a very nice rabbit recipe.
