There’s a wide range of topics this week on Outdoor Magazine Radio.

First, I talk with Morrie Stevens.  Morrie is the incoming president of the Boone and Crockett Club.  On this 125 anniversary of B & C, Morrie talks about their role in conservation and their record keeping program for documenting trophy animals.  Here’s their website….Boone-crockett.org.

The second hour features Michigan’s best deer hunter….John Eberhart.  John has great advice for hunting pressured whitetails.  You can get more info at his website Deer-John.net.

Kent Wood of MUCC is up next.  This week Kent talks about a program to use license money to promote hunting and fishing in Michigan.

In the final hour veteran outdoorsman Tom Lounsbury joins me to talk about pheasant hunting.  The heyday of pheasant hunting in Michigan is long passed….but Tom says you can still have some good action if you know where to look.

We wrap it all up with wild game chef Dixie Dave Minar.  This week Dave has a very nice venison recipe.

This show is filled with great guests and information.  I hope you like it.
