First, Eric Sherwood of the  Michigan based Whitetail Select food plot company joins me.  Eric says this is the time to put in food plots across much of the state and he has some great advice on how to get started.

Then Holly Vaughn of the Michigan dnr joins me to talk about a series of grants awarded to conservation groups to improve hunting and fishing habitat.

Morel mushrooms are the topic of the second hour  as I talk with “Morel Master” Clayton Edney.  Clayton has some great tips on where to find that tasty springtime treat.  You can learn more about mushrooming on his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Michigan-Morels/261288532041?fref=ts.

Next Erin McDonough of mucc. and Citizens for Professional Wildlife Management (CitizensWildlife.com) joins me with an update on the petition drive to fight the anti hunters in Michigan.

Lance Keen of Trout Scout Charters joins me in hour number three as we talk about springtime brown trout fishing on Lake Michigan.  Lance says the action can be very good in shallow water this time of year and he has some good advice on where to find those fish.

We wrap it all up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar.  This time Dave has a very nice turkey recipe.

Another busy show filled with great guests and information.  I hope you like it.
