The second hour kicks off with captain Mike Orr of Five Orr’s Charters on southern Lake Michigan. That part of the lake usually opens up early and offers trollers their first chance at big water salmon and trout.
Outdoor Magazine contributor Richard P. Smith kicks off the third hour of this week’s show. Richard and I talk about his Camera Moose Hunt project, UP whitetails, wolves and lots more.
We wrap it all up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar and a great wild game recipe.
