We wrap up the month with a broad based Outdoor Magazine radio show this week.

First, Brian Wright of Williams Gun Sight in Lapeer joins me to talk about that family owned company.  Williams makes traditional and fiber optics sights for long guns and handguns.  They’re based in Michigan but they have customers around the world.

Then Tom Campbell of Woods-n-Waternews joins me.  Tom and I discuss the new Michigan hunting and fishing license package that goes into effect March 1st.

Hour number two features AuSable River steelhead guide Kelly Neumann.  Kelly say that famous Michigan trout river is enjoying a strong comeback.  You can see lots of pictures from the AuSable on Kelly’s website MichiganStreamside.com.

Next, Lt. Creig Grey of the Michigan dnr joins me to talk about the new recruit class of conservation officers.  This is the biggest group of game wardens recruits in nearly fifty years.

The final hour kicks off with wildlife expert and veteran outdoor writer Richard P Smith.  Richard and I discuss how this winter is affecting UP whitetails and we talk more about the new hunting and fishing license package.

The show wraps up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar.  This week Dave has a very nice walleye recipe.

Another show filled with great guest and information.  I hope you like it.
