Hour three features veteran outdoorsman Jim Felgenauer. Jim and I had planned to talk about perch spearing on Lake St. Clair, but there’s no good ice yet. Instead, we shoot the breeze about a variety of outdoor related topics.
We wrap it up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar. This time Dave has a very nice elk recipe.
